Country Garden Gin
Fresh • Floral • Crisp
Inspired by blooming cottage gardens and warm afternoons spent outdoors, the Country Garden Gin is our signature summer serve. Combining crisp cucumber, fragrant mint and delicate elderflower with our London Dry Gin, it delivers a wonderfully refreshing cocktail that’s ideal for sunny afternoons and relaxed garden parties.
Ingredients
- 50ml Coleman Baines London Dry Gin
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml elderflower cordial
- 4 slices of fresh cucumber
- A handful of fresh mint
- Premium tonic water
- Plenty of ice
Method
Lightly muddle the cucumber and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add the London Dry Gin, lemon juice and elderflower cordial before filling with ice. Shake until chilled, strain into a large glass filled with fresh ice and top with premium tonic water.
Garnish
Cucumber ribbons, a sprig of mint and a slice of fresh lemon.
Perfect Pairing
Serve alongside smoked salmon blinis, artisan cheeses, fresh strawberries and rustic sourdough, beautifully presented on one of our handcrafted wooden serving boards.
Damson Spritz
Fruity • Sparkling • Elegant
A refreshing take on a classic spritz, the Damson Spritz celebrates the rich fruit flavours of British damsons. Light, sparkling and beautifully balanced, it’s the perfect cocktail for celebrations, long lunches and evenings spent entertaining outdoors.
Ingredients
- 50ml Coleman Baines Damson Gin
- 75ml chilled Prosecco
- 25ml soda water
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- Plenty of ice
Method
Fill a large wine glass with fresh ice. Pour in the Damson Gin, followed by the chilled Prosecco and soda water. Add the lemon juice and gently stir to combine.
Garnish
Fresh blackberries, a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary.
Perfect Pairing
Enjoy with baked Camembert, charcuterie boards, olives, artisan breads and seasonal berries while entertaining family and friends.
Sloe Old Fashioned
Rich • Smooth • Timeless
As the evening draws in, it’s time for something a little richer. The Sloe Old Fashioned is our countryside take on a timeless classic, combining the smooth character of our Sloe Whiskey Liqueur with aromatic bitters for a beautifully balanced after-dinner cocktail.
Elegant and warming, it’s the perfect companion to relaxed evenings, outdoor fire pits and good conversation.
Ingredients
- 50ml Coleman Baines Sloe Whiskey Liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 teaspoon demerara sugar syrup
- Large ice cube
Method
Add the Sloe Whiskey Liqueur, bitters and sugar syrup to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until perfectly chilled before straining over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
Garnish
A twist of orange peel and a fresh blackberry.
Perfect Pairing
Pair with dark chocolate, mature cheeses, roasted nuts or an indulgent dessert board to round off the evening.
