Online Orders
You can pay by credit or debit card. We use Lloyds Cardnet to process all payments securely.
All transactions are processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
Dispatching your order
When we receive your order we will check to make sure that we have the items that you want in stock and dispatch them them within 1-2 working days using the relevant courier for your country.
Payment will be debited from your credit or debit card before the goods are shipped and/or services are provided by Coleman Baines.
You will receive an email confirming despatch and a tracking order. Please use this link to track the item.
My item hasn’t arrived
When your item is despatched you will receive a tracking number. Please check this to see where your parcel is. The tracking code will tell you how long it normally takes for items to arrive.
If there is still an issue please contact us here so we can look into the matter for you.
Unexpected delays
If we are not able to dispatch all of the items that you want within the 7 working day time frame, we will contact you to discuss how you want to proceed.
Dispatching your custom order
It may take us longer than 7 working days to despatch a bespoke order so please order in plenty of time if you require the item for a specific date.

Yes you can! Gift cards are the perfect present for any occasion.
Gift vouchers are dated and will expire 12 months from the date shown. Vouchers will be printed here and sent to you via post. Purchase your voucher here. Vouchers available in £20, £50 and £100 denominations and multiples thereof.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you want to change an order you have already placed, please tell us as quickly as possible, by emailing us here. We will do our best to make the change you request, provided the item has not already been booked for collection or dispatched. Items that are custom made or personalised cannot be changed.
Stock items
You have the right to return goods to us up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods provided they are unused and still in their original packaging are returnable up to 14 days after delivery.
Equine products
Equine products that have been used on a horse cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Custom items
A custom order cannot be returned unless faulty. These items are marked custom on the site.
Returns procedure
Please quote the following details when contacting us:

The date of purchase
Product description or code
Reason for return
Please write the returns number clearly on the outside packaging of the goods being returned.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be given before returned goods are received by Coleman Baines.
My item is faulty
If an item is faulty please contact us here to let us know. Please include:
Your order number
Your name and address
The date of purchase
Product description or code
Reason for return
Costs to return Goods with a suspected fault, must initially be covered by you. Once we have assessed the fault we will contact you to discuss a refund or replacement. In the unlikely event that the goods are found to be faulty, the company will, at its discretion arrange to have the item repaired or replaced and returned to you at its cost.

You have the right to return goods to Coleman Baines up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods provided they are unused and still in their original packaging are returnable up to 14 days after delivery unless these items are custom made. Please see section custom items (below)for items individually made.
Custom items
A custom order cannot be returned and refunded unless faulty. This includes personalised goods.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be given before returned goods are received by Coleman Baines. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of items being received and checked.
Bespoke Orders
Items made to order are non- returnable or non-refundable. These items are marked custom on the website when you select them.
In line with our return of goods policy we cannot issue refunds on these specially made items.
